The faculty also highlights common and clinically important adverse events, including hepatotoxicity, periorbital edema, rash, pruritus, gastrointestinal toxicities, and laboratory abnormalities, as well as differences between the agents. Patient counseling, laboratory monitoring, supportive care, treatment interruption, dose reduction, and permanent discontinuation strategies are also addressed to help healthcare professionals balance treatment efficacy with safety and quality of life in patients with TGCT.
